Job Summary and Specifications

 As a  Facility Support Janitor/Custodian, employee should reflect a general to advanced knowledge of Housekeeping and Janitorial services. Service will be performed in an office environment, common walk areas, lobbies, and restrooms. General duties will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Sweep, mop and vacuum all flooring throughout facilities
• Spot clean spills and stains as necessary
• Associated cleaning methods for maintaining restrooms
• Replace all consumable items; hand soaps/toilette paper/ paper towels / hand sanitizer
• Empty Trash and collect recyclable materials throughout facility
• Dust common area horizontal and vertical surfaces
• Responsible for ordering and storage of all associated cleaning supplies
• Clean windows and window sills
• Lift up to 35lbs.

Experience and Knowledge:

• Extensive organizational skills
• Ability to focus and give great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and balance multiple parallel actions.

Special Training, Certifications, and Qualifications

• Related Experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to pass a government background investigation
